The entrance to our office is on Town Hall Passage – this is the passageway to the right of the Town Hall if you are walking from the market place: we are at the end, close to Woodgate. If you are driving, the Beehive car park or the public car park alongside Town Hall Passage is best, although on market days the public car park is usually full of traders’ vehicles, so the Beehive is the better option.

Shepshed
The Shepshed drop-in service is currently closed but we may be able to offer an appointment if needed on either Monday or Wednesday morning. Please call our Local Enquiry Line to make an appointment.
The Citizens Advice office is situated inside the Shepshed Community Centre and Town Council building on Charnwood Road and is directly opposite the Tesco Express.
